Hey blogger mates..what have you all been up to??????..I have been planning my *SPRING GATHERING* which will be held in my home on the 26th and 27th of March between 10-2pm and whilst browsing country home and gift wear we will be serving fresh coffee and homebaked cupcakes..I will share my poster soon LOL...I have been flat out this past couple of weeks making prims and folk art for the event...I have a TO DO list which I am slowly working through and this week so far it has been blackened beeswax ornies and Easter decorations...I thought I would share some pics of this giant sheep..I am really impressed with how he turned out and he smells just fantastic..He looks fab on the mantle and I have tried him in an old wooden grain sifter too...Perfect for Spring..

This is just a pic of some heart ornies for hanging which come in a grubby bag..If you are wondering the "P" stands for pumpkin crunch scented...

Hi to my blogging friends..I have had a wonderful day today and have a really good happy feeling inside LOL...One of my girls is studying an apprenticeship in hairstyling..she goes to a training salon which she started going to whilst at school and has studied for 2years on that special programme and now studies and works in a busy hair salon in our local town..attending the training salon once a week..she treated me to a total restyle and colour at the salon where she works which I went for today...I love my new funky hairstyle and colour and really enjoyed the whole pamper thing LOL..I don't normally put time aside for myself so this was a real treat...

I was going to post a giveaway when I reached the 200 follower mark but wanted to share my happy feeling with you all ♥

♥ALL FADED AND FULL OF CHARM♥

A NEW FADED PRIM LOOK

For quite a while now I have been playing with the idea of a few decorating changes...I first saw this faded look in one of the Judy Condon books and since then have been collecting pics from everywhere and putting them in a little file..Even found some in an old 2006 County Sampler..Some of my favourtie blogs have this calm white look and I just love it..*White Wednesday* is a great place for inspiration and also *Time Worn Interiors* and *The Old Painted Cottage*..the thing is though I do love my prim bits too so have tried to incorporate them in with this look...I have been re-painting my painted furniture and really distressing it so it looks chipped and battered or for a better phrase well loved... I am pleased with the results and now have my bedroom and little sitting room finished..Just need to continue throught the rest of the house which all takes time..But now I have started..I do hope you enjoy my vignettes and my new updated home pics..
